|Five Big East teams land in this week's AP Top 25 poll. They are Syracuse at #4, Louisville (#5), Cincinnati (#11), Georgetown (#15), and Notre Dame (#22).
Syracuse moves up two spots in the poll following a single game that resulted in a win at Arkansas, 91-82.
Louisville holds steady at #5 after a win against Illinois State, 69-66. Cincinnati moves up six spots after a win against Alabama, 58-56. Georgetown moves up five places after a win against Tennessee, 37-36. Notre Dame enters the poll at #22 after wins against then-8th ranked Kentucky, 64-50 and Chicago State, 92-65.
Indiana stays number one for the fourth week in a row.
Joining Notre Dame as a newcomer, Wichita State enters the Top 25 at #24 with a win at home over Tulsa, 86-60 and a win at Air Force, 72-69. Kentucky falls out of the rankings this week with an upset loss at Notre Dame and an upset loss at home to Baylor, 64-55. Colorado drops out after a win against Texas Southern, 85-80 and a loss to Wyoming, 76-69.
